The Approach that used in this research is a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. The sample size consists of 51 residents of the City of Jambi who own MSMEs and is analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Economic Order Quantity method has an influence on the level of sales and profits but is less significant. (2) The Reorder Point method has an influence on the level of sales and profits. (3) The Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point methods have an influence on the level of sales and profits. Bankruptcy is usually characterized by the presence of financial problems that pose risks indicating management failure. The data used in this study are company financial reports published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange's website. An example of this study is Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna 2018-2021. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in bankruptcy prediction between the Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski models. In determining the most accurate prediction model to predict the bankruptcy of Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the three models have the same level of accuracy for the Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski models, namely the accuracy value of 100%. Data was obtained through questionnaires involving all 75 employees as respondents, using the saturated sample method. The results showed that job stress has a negative and significant impact on employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination, T test, and simple linear regression analysis. The T test shows that the value of work stress (X) is -0.768 with a significance value of 0.000. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah <em>Purposive Sampling</em> dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan yang telah melakukan pembelian <em>dessert box </em>Bittersweet by Najla. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form pada konsumen produk <em>dessert box </em>Bittersweet by Najla. Pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS 25.0. Hasil uji instrumen menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) <em>Electronic Word of Mouth </em>berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk <em>dessert box </em>Bittersweet by Najla.
