Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fasilitasi, Kompetensi SDM, Kapabilitas Organisasi dan Inovasi terhadap Produktivitas Startup Game secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada Startup Pengembang Video Game Di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian 85 perusahaan, untuk fokus grup diskusi (FGD) dihadiri oleh Pemangku Kepentingan, Asosiasi dan Industri Video Game. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan fokus grup diskusi (FGD). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan software Smart PLS versi 3 dan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis IFE, EFE, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Fasilitasi berpengaruh terhadap Inovasi, variabel Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh terhadap Inovasi, variabel Kapabilitas Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Inovasi, variabel Fasilitasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Startup Game, variabel Kompetensi SDM   berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Startup Game, variabel Kapabilitas Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Startup Game dan variabel Inovasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Startup Game. Hasil QSPM menghasilkan Fokus strategi yang cocok bagi perusahaan pengembang video game yaitu Meningkatkan Kompetensi dan Keterampilan SDM Startup Pengembang Video Game.
