Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Turnover Intention Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Survei: Karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Yogjakarta)
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Turnover Intention Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan metodenya total sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan employee engagement secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitu pula, beban kerja dan employee engagement secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lalu, turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa turnover intention terbukti berperan signifikan didalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Yogyakarta. Hal senada juga menunjukkan bahwa turnover intention terbukti berperan signifikan didalam memediasi pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan.
