Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Organisasi Pada Penyelenggara Sertifikasi Elektronik (PSrE) Induk Di Kementerian Komunikasi Dan Informatika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif (campuran). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Nonprobabilty Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS versi 3.0 untuk analisis data kuantitatif, serta analisis IFE, EFE, TOWS, dan QSPM untuk analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa variabel Regulasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Manajemen dan Kinerja Organisasi. Namun, variabel Ketersediaan Anggaran, Infrastruktur TI, dan juga Komitmen Manajemen berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Adapun hasil penelitian analisa strategi melalui tahapan strategi input stage dengan IFE & EFE matching stage dengan TOWS dan decision stage dengan QSPM maka strategi yang digunakan dari hasil QSPM adalah strategi Peningkatan Keamanan Siber dan Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi.
