Educational facilities that include aspects of safety, comfort and stimulate children's potential to move actively are really needed. By designing a building for a children's creativity center in the city of Depok, it is hoped that it can accommodate children's activities in developing children's creativity for kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 3-5 years. Several researchers who have written about approach methods in designing creativity centers have not yet applied the kinesthetic approach method. This journal was created with the aim of preparing a design for a creativity center using the kinesthetic architectural approach method. Design of the creativity center building in Depok city too uses a Playful theme with the main focus of the building being on the materials and color patterns used, thus making the building attractive to children in developing their potential for creativity.
Bryant Decky Rhamanza Copyright (c) 2024-01-12 2024-01-12 21 01 1 4 Identifikasi Elemen Arsitektural Kawasan Segitiga Jatinegara Sebagai Pembentuk Identitas Kota https://journal.univpancasila.ac.id/index.php/hierarchi/article/view/5915
Abstract:

With the existence of buildings and spatial patterns that support regional activities. The Jatinegara Triangle is one of the historical areas in Jakarta which has various interesting potentials, as a city economic space and a marker for the city of Jakarta. The condition of the area is currently growing rapidly, so it tends to ignore local government regulations. This factor is important in the study, namely: Is the physical growth and development of the Jatinegara Triangle area in accordance with local government regulations? And what elements are experiencing deviations (not appropriate). The research method used is qualitative, with descriptive analysis revealing the actual conditions of the Jatinegara Triangle area which shows symptoms of a decline in quality, or an increase indicated by the increasing number of building arrangements and displays that do not pay attention to harmony and architectural rules relating to the elements of the city. Analysis of the findings from this research, by describing the actual conditions of the Jatinegara triangle area both visually, functionally (activities) and physically (structures), which were studied using theory and local regulatory approaches (DKI Jakarta Government regulations).

Adrianus Solo Copyright (c) 2024-01-12 2024-01-12 21 01 5 13 Kegiatan di Ruang Publik dan Pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Studi Kasus: Alun-alun Kota Bogor https://journal.univpancasila.ac.id/index.php/hierarchi/article/view/6040
Abstract:

Bogor City Square is located in a strategic area with an interest in economic growth and becomes an important green open space (RTH) to create a clean, beautiful, comfortable, and healthy environment. This research used observation and descriptive analysis methods. The purpose of the research is to find out the activities in public space and the utilization of RTH Bogor City square. Based on the results and discussion, Bogor City square has fulfilled the needs of citizens in public space, namely comfort, relaxation, passive engagement, active engagement, and discovery. The shortcomings that arise are the unavailability of selling space for street vendors (PKL), causing the pedestrian path to become choked and narrow. Bogor City Square has been utilized as green space according to ecological, economic, socio-cultural, and aesthetic functions. The shortcomings that arise are ecological function, that is groundcover grass that is damaged due to socio-cultural function activities; socio-cultural function, that there are children who play in inappropriate places; and aesthetic function, that is the availability of trash bins as landscape furniture that cannot accommodate garbage properly. The functions of RTH that are not yet available are water catchment and disaster mitigation.

Margaret Arni Copyright (c) 2024-01-12 2024-01-12 21 01 14 20 Pengembangan Terminal Malingping, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten https://journal.univpancasila.ac.id/index.php/hierarchi/article/view/6042
The development of a public building is needed to improve the function and quality of the public building both for human needs and for the economic aspect. With this development, it will have a positive impact on its users if there is indeed an agreement between the various parties. What will be developed in this research is Malingping Terminal Development. The terminal is a base for public motorized vehicles used to arrange arrivals and departures, raise and lower people and/or goods, as well as transfer modes of transportation (Tasikmalaya Transportation Agency). In the Lebak Regency Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning the 2014-2034 Lebak Regency Regional Spatial Plan in article 17 paragraph 3 which explains the development of a type B passenger terminal including the upgrade of the Malingping terminal in Malingping District to type A. The Malingping Terminal is a Type B Terminal which is located in the Malingping District area. What will be developed from the Malingping Terminal is to improve the function and quality of functional buildings. The concept used for the development of the Malingping Terminal is the Contemporary Concept. The contemporary concept used is one that applies the present and adapts to local circumstances and characteristics so that the Malingping Terminal can become an architectural icon. The reason for adding local characteristics is that the Malingping District area or rather the location of the Malingping Terminal is an area leading to the tourist area in the Malingping District. So when there are tourists who want to take a vacation or get off at the Malingping Terminal, they will feel a comfortable and modern terminal atmosphere while at the same time getting to know the characteristics of local architecture.
Taufan Pradipta Akbar I Nyoman Teguh Prasidha Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Hirarchi 2024-01-12 2024-01-12 21 01 21 29 Penilaian Kesesuaian Bangunan Sekolah Mengikuti Pedoman UNESCO https://journal.univpancasila.ac.id/index.php/hierarchi/article/view/6044
Educational building facilities have a very important role for a nation. Automotive sports in Indonesia itself are growing over time (Christiyanto, 2010). This is evidenced by the growing development of cities or regions that have permanent racing circuits and improvements to existing ones (Dionisius Budi W, 2014). This is evidenced by the addition of a new international motorcycle racing circuit in Mandalika, Central Lombok, NTB. So that Indonesia itself has a total of 12 circuits located in various areas, one of which is in the city of Surabaya, located at the Gelora Bung Tomo Circuit.

elvinnata nurhuda Copyright (c) 2024-01-12 2024-01-12 21 01 36 39
