Perubahan Pola Komunikasi dalam Proses Pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Situasi pandemi Covid-19 mengubah pola pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis virtual. Perubahan dalam waktu singkat ini merupakan pengalaman baru bagi insitusi pendidikan, termasuk pondok pesantren. Karakter khusus pondok pesantren mulai dari aspek ruang fisik hingga pola komunikasi menjadi pembelajaran yang berani sebagai kondisi baru yang menuntut adanya adaptasi. Artikel ini memetakan perubahan pola komunikasi di pondok pesantren serta masalah-masalah yang timbul melakui analisis pada tingkatan meso dan mikro dengan melakukan kajian literatur jurnal nasional dan internasional yang membahas pola komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran di pondok pesantren selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan obyek metode pembelajaran, pola komunikasi, dan kebijakan institusional pondok pesantren. Dari hasil analisis, terdapat pola komunikasi baru yang muncul sebagai imbas pola pembelajaran yang baru pondok pesantren serta keberadaan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi yang menyertainya. Pemahaman terhadap perubahan pola komunikasi ini dapat membantu dalam merumuskan kebutuhan pola pembelajaran yang juga ikut berubah.
