PENDAMPINGAN PENYUSUNAN SOP DAN FLOWCHART PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN PADAKONTER MOBIFREAK

Abstract

Inventory management is one of the essential aspects of maintaining the smooth operation of trading businesses. However, many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) still manage inventory records manually and lack well-documented operational procedures. This condition was identified at Mobifreak Counter, an MSME engaged in the sale of mobile phone accessories, SIM cards, and internet vouchers. This study aims to improve the effectiveness of inventory management through assistance in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and an inventory control flowchart. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, including observation, interviews, documentation, SOP development, flowchart design, and implementation assistance provided to the business partner. The results indicate that, prior to the assistance, inventory management was carried out manually using a stock record book and without standardized operational guildelines. Following the implementation of the program, the partner possessed an inventory control SOP and flowchart that could serve as operational   guidelines while enhancing understanding of internal control and inventory flow monitoring. This initiative contributes to the establishment of a more structured and well-documented inventory management system, thereby supporting the long-tem effectiveness of business operations.
