Catfish farmers’ reliance on manufactured fish feed (pellets) presents a major constraint due to high prices and limited accessibility. This community service initiative aimed to develop an alternative, low-cost feed derived from local ingredients and environmentally friendly fishery waste, in alignment with Village SDGs 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 11 (Sustainable Communities), and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Implemented in collaboration with the Mutiara Bahari Joint Business Group (KUB), the program involved SDG socialization, feed production training, application of grinding and pellet-making machine technology, marketing and business management workshops, and continuous mentoring through monitoring and evaluation. The outcomes indicated that partners successfully produced up to 50 kg of fish feed per day, reduced production costs, increased business turnover, and adopted digital marketing to expand market reach. Overall, the program strengthened participants’ technical and managerial capacities, promoted self-reliance, and contributed to the sustainable development of the local economy
