Abstrak

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi warga Rumah Deret Santi Rahayu Sulang, Klungkung, melalui pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna, penerapan konsep zero waste, serta penguatan kapasitas pemasaran digital. Kegiatan difokuskan pada pengolahan limbah peternakan ayam petelur—terutama kotoran ayam, daun pisang, dan sampah organik lainnya—menjadi kompos yang bernilai jual. Proses produksi dilakukan menggunakan mesin pencacah yang memungkinkan masyarakat menghasilkan kompos secara efisien, higienis, dan konsisten. Selain pelatihan teknis, peserta juga diberikan pendampingan dalam desain kemasan, pembuatan label produk, branding, serta strategi pemasaran berbasis media digital guna memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk kompos berkualitas, meningkatnya pemahaman terhadap pemasaran digital, serta bertambahnya kesadaran lingkungan melalui penerapan konsep zero waste. Program ini berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan nilai ekonomi lokal, efisiensi pengelolaan limbah, serta penguatan kapasitas masyarakat secara berkelanjutan sesuai dengan target SDGs 1 (Tanpa Kemiskinan) dan SDGs 12 (Konsumsi dan Produksi yang Bertanggung Jawab).
