Devotion: Jurnal Pengabdian Psikologi (ISSN: 2830-5698) is a scholarly community service journal published by the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Pancasila, dedicated to disseminating practical applications of psychological knowledge to serve communities.
This issue presents five community service articles that reflect diverse scopes of psychological practice and engagement: “Kegiatan Outbound dalam Menurunkan Stres Kerja pada Karyawan Sinar Talenta” (work stress intervention and organizational psychology), “Workshop Gegar Budaya Akademik sebagai Strategi Peningkatan Kesiapan Mental Mahasiswa di Lingkungan Akademik Fakultas Kedokteran” (academic cultural adjustment and educational psychology), “Usaha Memutuskan Lingkaran Bullying: Psikoedukasi Pencegahan Bullying Mahasiswa Kesehatan Masyarakat” (bullying prevention and social psychology), “Psikoedukasi: Mengenali Child Maltreatment, Mencegah Bullying dan Penguatan Self-Regulation Remaja di PPA GMIT Maranatha” (child maltreatment awareness and developmental psychology), and “Pengembangan Aspirasi Pendidikan Siswa dan Guru SMP Negeri 3 Tegalwaru di Lingkungan Kampung Ilmu” (educational aspiration development and school psychology), all aimed at enhancing community participation, empowerment, and the real-world application of psychological knowledge.
