PENGARUH DANA ALOKASI UMUM (DAU), DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS(DAK), DAN DANA BAGI HASIL (DBH) TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL (Studi Empiris Pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2015-2019)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Dana Bagi Hasil terhadap Belanja Modal. Metode penelitian untuk menentukan sampel menggunakan purposive sampeling. Data sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 20 Kabupaten/Kota dari 27 Kabupaten/Kota dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2015 – 2019 pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menjukan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Bagi hasil berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap belanja modal sedangkan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpegaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Belanja Modal.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Share Fund on Capital Expenditure. Research method to determine the sample using purposive sampeling. The data sample was obtained from 20 regencies / cities out of 27 regencies / cities with 5 years of observation period from 2015 - 2019 in districts / cities in West Java province using regression of Panel (data) analysis. The results showed that the General Allocation Fund and Revenue Share Fund had a effect on capital expenditures while the Special Allocation Fund had a no effect on Capital Expenditures.
