About the Journal
JIMP: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Pancasila is a scientific journal for undergraduate students and lecturers of Management, published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pancasila. This journal is published twice a year, during the October–March and April–September periods, with E-ISSN 2775-9679, P-ISSN 2774-9525. It features articles or manuscripts in the form of research results, scientific works, and case studies.
The journal aims to enhance academic quality and provide a platform for sharing and disseminating knowledge related to the development of theories and practices for students, academics, and practitioners in the field of management. The scope of management research covered in JIMP includes, Financial Managemen, Operations Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship.
Open access - Free for readers, With article processing charges (APC) paid by authors of institutions.
Indexed - Withind Sinta 5, Garuda, Google Scholar, Copernicus and other databases.
Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision is provided to authors approximatly 14 days after submission. the review process takes is approximately 30-30 days, and acceptance to publication is undertaken in 7-14.

JIMP: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Pancasila adalah salah satu jurnal publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa dan dosen manajemen Strata 1 yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasila. Publikasi jurnal ini terbit satu tahun dua kali yaitu pada bulan Maret dan bulan September yang memuat artikel atau naskah berupa hasil penelitian, karya ilmiah maupun studi kasus. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas keilmuan dan menyalurkan minat untuk berbagi dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan dalam perkembangan teori dan praktek kepada mahasiswa, akademisi, maupun praktisi di bidang manajemen. Lingkup penelitian manajemen yang dimuat dalam JIMP meliputi: Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Kewirausahaan.
